Full-Service menus include chafing dishes, trays, bowls, baskets, and utensils for buffet serving; disposable tablecloths and skirting for your buffet tables; heavy-duty disposable plates, knives, forks, spoons, napkins, coffee mugs, cups, salt and pepper shakers.
Included in the package price are uniformed personnel consisting of cooks, waitresses, busboys, kitchen helpers, and delivery personnel, as needed. Number of staff will depend on the size of your event.
Staff will set your tables with salt and pepper shakers, cream and sugar, knives, forks, spoons, napkins, and filled water glasses. Waitresses will direct and assist in buffet lines (including refilling of chafing dishes), clear plates and utensils after dinner.
Events Catering will cut and plate your cake or dessert. Coffee is served with dessert.
Some equipment is not included in the basic price: buffet tables, guest tables, chairs, table coverings for guest tables, garbage cans, linen flowers, centerpieces, etc. Events Catering can proved these items and any other needs including china, glassware, bar service, etc.) for your special event, at an additional cost. When planning your event, one of our party coordinators will work with you to insure you have everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable party.
